My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
A coworker told me about Crossfit and gave me some "starter" type workouts to mess with, along with some philosophy of Crossfit. I destroyed myself in under 20 minutes with my first WOD, knew I was on to something and haven't looked back.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I like to get 4-5 WODs per week
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
about 2.5 years of main site workouts at the globo, then I started training at Fairfax.
