How I Eat
I weigh and measure my food
I eat a very healthy and balanced diet that suits my needs to perform in the gym everyday. I pay close attention to my portion sizes, foods, and nutrients and make sure they are timed throughout the day accordingly.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
I regularly play recreational sports
During my younger years I played some little league baseball and youth soccer, but found a passion with soccer then fully dedicated my time to soccer all the way throughout college. On occasion I will play rec. soccer, but I am mostly doing CrossFit.
