How I Eat
I weigh and measure my food
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I eat clean during the week, then give myself one cheat day, which is usually sat or sunday. i'm taking in between 1400 and 1600 calories, and cycling my carb intake. I use a few suppliments, such as whey and casein protein, fish oil, & a multi vitamin.

I am a Fitness Specialist and train clients during the day. I've been personal training for 12 years and can't see myself doing anything else. I love being active and showing others what they are capable of by changing their attitudes, which ends up changing their lives.
