How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I try to eat clean, but will eat whatever I choose. Everything in moderation. I do drink 1-3 glasses of wine per week. I do not eat fast food ever.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I Crossfit 4-5 times per week. If I feel tired or fatigued I take the day off. I also cycle 100-125 miles per week. Mixed between Mountain Bike And Road bike.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
As mentioned above I am a Cat5 road bike racer and a Cat 4 mountain bike racer.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I use Crossfit as a tool to be a stronger Cyclist.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 1x a week
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
