I eat strict Paleo
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week

I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
I regularly play recreational sports
I played Div 1 football and ran track (400m) at Loyola High School in Los Angeles. I also played rugby for the Los Angles Cougar Rugby Club and continued to play rugby for a while at USC. I still play basketball on a regular basis.

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually do 3 or 4 WODs a week and play basketball at least twice a week.
