My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I tend to eschew competitive sports. I rock climb a lot. I like to run. Sometimes I put on dark PJs and pretend I am a ninja.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My cousin down at 310 turned me on to it. I went to one by my work (Brick) and was there till I quit my job, became a bum, and joined Crossfit Sunset by my house.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
5 days a week at 6:30am. Once my work cools down I want to start going at night as well.
