Recovering from a Grade 3 Pec tear and surgery in July last year. Doing bar muscle ups after last years regionals I torn my pec clean off my humerous.

I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
