Bio

About a week after moving to Seattle in 2010, I decided to check out the then-grand-opening Crossfit Interbay as a way to cross-train for my primary sport, roller derby. I've noticed huge gains in my strength and overall fitness with Crossfit and these are critical to remain competitive with an elite team (Seattle's Rat City Rollergirls) in a such a fast-growing sport. I love the community of CFIB and that it goes hand-in-hand with such excellent training and great athletes. Whenever I hang up my skates, I'm happy to know that I'll still have a team to train with at CFIB.
