Tore my left bicep tendon 4 months ago. Surgeon says recovery is 6-9 months long. 5 Open wods in, haven't re-ruptured it. Fuck it.
How I Eat
I eat strict Paleo
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
For the Open; chicken, bacon, beets, strawberries, squash.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I follow hellfirebarbellclub.com programming as well as my athletes at CrossFit West Seattle. My programmer is Andrew Gray, excellent coach and dubbed "Mastermind".
