How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat breakfast, lunch and dinner and try to limit snacking. I also try to eat protein with every meal.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
My Athletic Background
I did 3 years of Kung Fu Martial Arts when I was younger. Prior to starting Crossfit, I trained daily at a "regular" gym.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I follow a 3 days on, 1 day off workout schedule.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Less than 6 months
Going into my 3rd month of Crossfit training.
