How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat breakfast, lunch and dinner and healthy snacks. I also try to eat protein with every meal. But if I want some ice cream or cookies, I eat it! I don't deprive myself!
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
My Athletic Background
I did 3 years of Kung Fu Martial Arts when I was younger. Prior to starting Crossfit, I trained daily at a "regular" gym.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I workout 6 days a week often twice a day (morning & evening).
