I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

several awesome coaches actually :) Baby LaManna writes her own programming. It usually involves a lot of leg kicks.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
field hockey, lacrosse, and track in high school. Baby LaManna has a genetic predisposition to CrossFit

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
Baby LaManna works out in the womb without a coach.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
Baby LaManna never rests.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Baby LaManna started at conception in September 2013 and has been crossfitting on and off for 6 months :)
