ATHLETE INFORMATION

How I Eat

I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week

I like to carb load nightly with spaghet or a loaf of french bread. As for my cheat meals i like to enjoy all you can eat sushi or indian food. Occasionaly if im in a hurry to eat ill buy a bag of 5 burgers or so from Wendy's value menu, this gives me the energy needed to work out. In order to get big i eat Gulab Jamin for dessert each night.

How I Train

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I write my own programming

I like to lift heavy things off the ground and put it over my head.

My Athletic Background

I played youth or high school level sports

I regularly play recreational sports

High school football, wrestling, and track.

My Experience With CrossFit

I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)

Played around with power lifting, bodybuilding, and crossfit. Crossfit is currently winning though, love to compete.

My Work/Rest Schedule

I usually only do 1 workout a day

On my rest day i like to go on a hour long bike rides or hikes.

How long have you been doing CrossFit?

6-12 months

I started Crossfit a the monday before the 2013 open started.
