I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
Grew up swimming, playing softball, a little basketball, a little volleyball, went back swimming... always played softball though. Played at a very small college for a couple of years. Then played 20 years of slowpitch.
My Experience With CrossFit
Started out in my sister's garage in 2010, she programmed my wods. Then I joined an affiliate :-)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I've played around with my schedule a bit. Most recently I've been 3 days on 1 off, 2 on 1 off. Depends on kids' schedules a bit and life.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
April 2016 will be 6 years.
