How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat paleo and have seen a huge improvement on my workouts so i'm certain to stick with this new change.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I try to run 6miles at least once a week
My Athletic Background
I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
My Experience With CrossFit
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
It has been such a life changing experience for me I'v never done any sort of sports in my life, I use to be one of those people who sat and watched and wondered where those runners or weight trainers got so much energy, my husband saw what I couldn't, he knew what I was capable of, he knew I would go all the way once I got started and he was right. I'v been doing crossfit for 7months now and I feel great, everytime I step into the box I know I well leave better then when I walked in.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
1 seems to do the trick i'd go more if I were more energetic
