I'm 25 and a former D-II baseball player (pitcher) for Colorado Mesa University. I have a B.S. degree in Kinesiology: Sport Management, accompanied by minors in Entrepreneurship and Personal Training. I was a personal trainer for Life Time Fitness in Parker, CO for over 2 years, with certifications in ACSM-CPT and NASM-CES. I'm currently an IT Technical Recruiter for Digital Intelligence Systems (DISYS) in the Denver area. I love to compete and push myself to see what I am capable of achieving in any circumstance.

I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)

I love the competition and toughness that is incorporated into CrossFit. It challenges the body, but mostly the mind in overcoming adversity.
