How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I exclusively cook paleo at home and eat clean at work. I live in Chicago where the amazing food is bountiful so when I go out to various restaurants I definitely splurge and enjoy!
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I workout mostly at CrossFit Chicago and in the summer will do some home WOD's

I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I crossfit 2-3 times a week and supplement in the warmer months with other recreational sports.
