I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
I never went to the gym and never played sports growing up, so crossfit was a big and exciting change for me. In the past 3 years I have come so far!!

I usually only do 1 workout a day
I strictly schedule my rest days
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I started in 2009 but took time off within the last 3 due to injuries and straight strength/oly training. Started back seriously in March of 2011.
