I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I work out at our Crossfit box 5x/wk and I run and do other workouts outside of Crossfit as time allows.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
Before college, I played baseball most of my life. I started a nationally recognized ultimate frisbee team in college. Since college, I've mostly done leisure sports (team volleyball, softball). I have run two full marathons and several 1/2 marathons.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I started in October 2011 and haven't looked back. It's been a great experience and I'm stronger and more fit because of it.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 1x a week
I usually rest on Sundays, but am actively working out every other day during the week.
