How I Eat
I try to eat mostly meat and vegetables through the week, but weekends tend to be cheat time.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I workout out at the Crossfit Omaha gym 3-4 times per week
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
Played soccer, baseball, and basketball in grade school; currently playing co-ed rec league for over 30 year olds through our church
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
I was introduced to Crossfit by a classmate at a course I was taking for work. I then started doing the workouts from the Crossfit.com website before joining Crossfit Omaha about 1 year later.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
Crossfit Omaha's workout schedule is 3-on, 1-off, so I usually do 3-4 workouts per week at the gym.
