How I Eat
I eat strict Paleo
Meat, Vegetables, nuts, seeds and fruit. COFFEE
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
3 on 1 off. Strength schedule changes every 6 to 8 weeks, depending upon progress and goal. Met-cons are programmed by a friend who seems to know how to put everything I suck at into a WOD.

My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)

Kip, Tommy, Jared (oh yeah boys!) and I started trying to figure the whole thing out with no equipment except what was on hand int eh weight room...kettebell swings with 35 pound plates and wall balls with 25lb plates...safety first right?
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
3:1 work to rest but it depends upon how I feel. If I'm flat I rest if I have gas in the tank I go.
