How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I'm not a strict paleo eater, but I do my best to stay away from processed foods. I just eat a lot of lean meats, fruits and vegetables. Drink lots of water, tea and coconut water.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I record my workouts
I've been training at CrossFit TSAC for the past 4 months. Best coaches I have ever had. Seems like I'm getting PR's every other week.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
I was a competitive swimmer for about 10 years. I have been lifeguarding for about 14yrs and I have been competing at various lifeguard competitions for the past 4 years. I use to play water polo and baseball. I row, paddle and surf in the summer.
