I wish I had found CrossFit years ago. I love everything about it, and the community that encompasses it.
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat whatever is convenient
This is the first month I have tried eating Paleo. I find it difficult on the weekends when spending time with friends and family. But I do a pretty good job throughout the work week. I find myself eating one or two meals throughout the work week that are not Paleo.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
Ohio Fit Club in downtown Columbus. I couldn't ask for a better gym.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I was a couch potato for much of my early 20's. I regret it.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
A friend of a friend was competing in CrossFit tournaments, and introduced her, who in turn introduced me. It is life changing.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
Typical training schedule is M, T, Th, F.
