I started with Stone Coast Cross Fit on January 23rd, 2013 to improve my overall performance and strength to be more competitive in Triathlon events. Through all my years of training and playing sports this is by far the best experience (and most challenging) I've had as an athlete. Thanks to all at SCCF for the support and pushing me harder to be a better athlete!
