How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I'm vegetarian. I eat cheese a few times a week, but no eggs. I try to eat raw when ever I can, and I eat nearly 100% organic. No alcohol. No coffee. I drink well over 100 oz of water a day, and pretty much nothing else. Some juice on occasion, and a smoothie on the weekends.

I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
A few years ago, I was a very buoyant 252 pounds. A year ago, was down to a buoyant 220 pounds via diet. over the past 12 months, CrossFit, namely HyperFit, has transformed me into a much less buoyant 175 pound athlete. I've been tracking it all here: www.JasonHarper.com
