How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I try to eat as healthy as possible. I am still trying to stick to making healthy choices when out with friends. Still a challenge but its a work in progress.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I used to also workout regularly at a commercial gym
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I work out about 2 to 3 times a week. I am trying to do CF 4 times a week.
