How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I started Crossfit in July of 2011 with the idea that it would be great prep for a triathlon. Since then, I have surpassed all of my original health and fitness goals, run 2 half-marathons, and a number of smaller runs. I will be competing in a tri this spring. Time to set some new goals!
