How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat as much lean meat and veggies as possible. I'm not 100% paleo, and probably never will be. I try to eat about 60-70% paleo.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
I love all sports, whether it be team sports or just riding a bike alone.
