I started at FRCF in July, 2012. I was dealing with an illness that knocked me out of the game (and life really) for a while. Just as soon as I was cleared to workout again, I walked into FRCF and never looked back. It'll take a while to get to where I was, but I am really enjoying the ride to get there..... Life throws you a lot of curve balls.....it's a long road filled with switchbacks, hills and obstacles....but as long as you sit back and enjoy the ride, you can gain so much - grow, laugh and really live. CrossFit gave me my life back....made me remember who I am and what I am made of....I'm grateful for that.
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I try to eat 80/20

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
My Athletic Background
I was never athletic (except dance) until 2005 when I started doing Triathlons. The last athletic event I did was the Chicago Marathon in 2010.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
CrossFit, and the people at Front Range CrossFit saved my life. Seriously.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I try to be at FRCF 4-6 days a week. It just depends on the day and what my body will allow.
