How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Been trying to eat cleaner lately but I probably still eat too much pizza.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I workout between 2 to 4 times a week at CFC depending on my schedule and my other sports.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
Baseball, hockey, basketball, golf. But baseball mainly. I play for the Calgary Gamecocks in the FMBA.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I became a member at CFC in September 2011. I've seen lots of improvements but overall, I'm still a beginner and I'm just doing this for fun and to elevate my fitness for life and my sports.
