How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Since starting Crossfit, I have slowly converting to Paleo, now I am 95% Paleo.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I only train at Lane 5 Crossfit unless I am working out of town. Then I find another Affiliate to train at. Or I design my own workout if it doesn't work with my work schedule.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
I was on my High School Olymic power lifting team, played football and field events in track. After High School I played Football in the Military when I was stationed in Japan. I currently play recreational sports, primarly now I play semi-pro football (Middle Line-Backer). Previous years I played City League volleyball.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I started Crossfit origanlly to get ready for the 2012 football season. Now I am loving it!
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I will train 3-5 days straight then rest 1-2 days. During my training I will do addtional work then the WOD.
