I'm a concert pianist without any athletic background. i enjoy CrossFit and appreciate the progress I have made in one year.
How I Eat
At present am in the Whole Life Challenge, so nutrition is all quality food with Paleo-like restrictions.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
My Athletic Background
I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
I did run before my knee injury. Placed 4th in my very first 5k.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
No days off during whole life challenge but can be days of active recovery and mobility.
