How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Less than 6 months
I was introduced to crossfit back in 2010. I was solid for 1 straight year until me and my husband found out that we were pregnant with our second child. I had some complications during my pregnancy and my doctor said that I had to postponed my "crossfit workout" just until I give birth and fully recovered. So, I rested for almost a year and just recently came back. It's been almost 6 months since I've been back doing crossfit and I have to say...my first day back felt like my first day on an on-ramp/elements class. Crossfit changed my life style in so many different levels. I feel much younger now than 5 years ago. I'll be WOD-ing for as long as I am able!
