I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Basic Zone style diet works best for me.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I record my workouts
I Crossfit 3-4 times a week. The other days are active rest days i.e. Yoga, Zumba, Pilates, bowling, hiking, stretching
My Athletic Background
I have never played competitive sports. I do however love to ski, hike, and be active.
