Played competitive sports until 28 years old. Trained with weights for approximately 20 years before coming to Crossfit. Became tired of the same daily movements and exercises that I experienced during weight lifting. Crossfit is an unbelievable challenge and after nearly a year of working at the box, I am still very much in the beginning stages of all the movements. Great increase in overall flexibility and endurance.
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
High protein diet with a focus on quality foods.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I train at Crossfit Shifted in Palm Desert.

I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically train about 4 times per week with some specialized training on certain movements.
