I work out at my son's gym, CrossFit Park City. Competed in Master's Women 60+ in the 2011 CrossFit games placing 6th. Competed in 2012 games placing 12th. Competed in 2013 Open placing 28th. The whole family "crossfits"...grand parents, kids and grandkids. We all love it! Sure, it gets more difficult as we get older, but we are still at it!

Played a variety of sports thoughout school. Competed in field hockey, lacrosse and skiing in college. 2011 Games competitor in the Masters Women 60+...6th place finisher. 2012 Games competitor placing 12th. 2013 Open competitor placing 28th.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I started CrossFit when Chris found it, beginning in a small corner of a field house and growing into his new gym. It has been expanding ever since.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I strictly schedule my rest days
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
Rest is key, especially as we get older. Dave will be 69 and I will be 66 this year, and it is crucial that we get enough recovery and rest days.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I have been doing CrossFit for about 6+ years now. I keep going to try to stay active and strong, as the older we get the more difficult that becomes.
