How I Eat

I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

Mainly Paleo but do stray a little.

How I Train

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I record my workouts

I train 3 days on 1 day off and try to do a wod and then strength workout at least 3 times a week.

Played soccer most of my life but quit after college and now its all about CF
