I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I run 3x/week (about 20 miles) and I CrossFit 3x/week. That's about all that fits into a week and it barely fits.

I played youth or high school level sports
Swimming was my original sport but I'm a runner now.
