How I Train

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I incorporate workouts

I record my workouts

Coaches are such a blessing. My team of coaches are Brute Strength Training and Nick Fowler is my direct coach and programmer. I am very pleased with their professionalism and how personable they all are. Cody Burkhardt and Brian Mckenzie with Unscared brought me through injuries and my CF 2014 win, and I appreciate them as well. Honestly, every coach I have ever had has influenced me to become the athlete and coach that I am. I am thankful. My home gym is Crossfit Vex. The owner and head Coach Angelo Archuleta helps me tons. There are a community of Coaches in Grand Junction who help me: Jemmi D'Amico from CF Flipside, Cody Flemming and Amber Peck from CrossFit Junction, and Jake Knighton helps me with my Oly. The community support from all the members of the following boxesin the Grand Junction: CF Vex, CF Flipside, CF Junction, CF Purivida, CF Fruita) bring me much joy! My family continues to give me tons of support to pursue my CF dreams. My training partners of present and past, Kevin Miller, Scott Queen, JJ Smith are invaluable to me. A shout out to all the people who help me get and keep my body healthy: Dr. Bryce Christianson, Dr. Adam Trager, Physical Therapists Brit Smith, and Suzi Portratz. I wouldn't be able to do it without ALL their expertise and input. They are the best. My dad says, "it takes a village to raise a child," well - I firmly believe that it takes a village to raise a CrossFit athlete! Thank you to everyone! I am competing under my family's name this year in hopes that my vision impaired father could hear his family name. Thanks be to God for continuing to bless my life and movement!
