Hey, Mike Stevens here. I'm a new crossfitter. I'm in love with it. I desire to be back in that shape. I'm a Financial Advisor and haven't been apart of sports or healthy activities for some time. I'm at a new beginning in my life. Recently divorced at after 14 yrs. I have three kiddos. I am at that crossroad in life where I have captured my bearing and found God and going to school to be a Criminal Psychologist. I'm focusing on me to be better so I can help others second. How I Eat
I eat strict Paleo
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I'm new to Xfit and Paleo. Adapting slowy but surely.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I record my workouts
My coach Josh has me under his wing. Everyone at our box is so helpful and encouraging.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I participated in football, wrestling and track and field in high school.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I'm the NG (NEW GUY) and I've been battling Testicular Cancer for over 9 months. Axiom family has always been there for me. Testosterone levels fall because of the cancer and muscle loss from chemotherapy. Coach Josh and Vaughn have helped me get to a stable level. Growth is in progress.

I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
