How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
You know, Budweiser, Colt 45, and maybe even on a special occasion, Southern Comfort. Like i said, the good stuff. In addition, i measure my shots out correctly, very important.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

Walked in one time,,was on a good one and decided to try Fran and she got me

I strictly schedule my rest days

How long have you been doing CrossFit?
i just started,,, i was motivated by seeing Coach Vaughn doing kettle bell movements while drinking a 40 ounce of King Cobra. Now, it's my goal. Without a will, there will never be a way.
