How I Eat
I weigh and measure my food
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
You know, Budweiser, Colt 45, and maybe even on a special occasion, Southern Comfort. Like i said, the good stuff. In addition, i measure my shots out correctly, very important.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
Mostly motivated by Janet, Rai, Vaughn, and Nish.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
I regularly play recreational sports
Just retired from professional Tennis.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have attended one or more specialty courses
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I typically rest fewer than 4 days per month
There is to much to do, with so little of time.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Less than 6 months
i just started,,, i was motivated by seeing Coach Vaughn doing kettle bell movements with two 40 ounces of King Cobra. Its my goal. Without a will, there will never be a way.
