I played youth or high school level sports
My athletic background pretty much ended in highschool...I was Junior Athlete of the Year in Grade 9....and then it pretty much went downhill from there...
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
Love it! Have finally gotten past the point of making excuses in my head as to why I can't make a WOD...now I'm excited to see the WOD the day before and can't wait to get there! The girls at my gym are also amazing and it is helpful to have an encouraging environment to arrive to each morning!
