How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I try to stay as strict as I can with Paleo. As a stay at home dad sometimes it is just easier to eat what I can, as close to paleo as I can, because my daughter keeps me on the go

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I played youth or high school level sports

I do multiple workouts in a day 1x a week
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
At first I was very skeptical of the work outs and the way they were done but as soon as I started I became completely addicted! The workouts have made me a better person physically along with eating the Paleo way!
