How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I am a mostly Paleo eater. My favorite cheat meals are Mexican and Greek food. I consume little sugar, little dairy (love heavy cream), little alcohol, and very little grains. Most of my meals consist of fresh vegetables and lean meats.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I record my workouts
I Crossfit at Evolve 6 days a week. In the winter, I snowboard on the weekends, as well.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
Prior to Crossfitting I was a swimmer and triathlete.
