Well I started out as a college football player who initially wanted to just get big and strong but when my short collegiate career camecto an end, I then turned into someone who wanted to be in more of a bodybuilder than a football player. However doing the same workouts day in and day out got really boring and over the years the intensity and the love for fitness diminished as there was no competetive environment. Then came my introduction to Crossfit and that all changed. It brought back my competitive side and allowed me the closest thing to being back on a team. It provided a place of individuals who only want to see everyone else succeed and be their best. I am now in the best shape of my life and have a new passion. I only hope my body survives.
