How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I love food! I eat pretty clean, lean meats, vegetables, and fruits. I try to stay paleo ... I would say 85% of the time. I don't eat processed foods, dairy, and foods with refined sugars.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have been crossfitting for about 10 months before I registered for the open (this year 2013). I train 3-4 times a week at Crossfit TSAC. I have definitely seen changes in my ability to perform during a WOD as well as my level of strength. I think there's always room for improvement so I'm not quite where I want to be yet.
My Athletic Background
I didn't play sports in high school. I used to be a runner for many years before starting crossfit. I did some weight training for about a year before starting crossfit as well.
