I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I am also a long distance runner so I work in three runs a week. CrossFit enables me to run injury free!

I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
I was embarrassingly unathletic until I started running in college.

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 1x a week
I strictly schedule my rest days
I take 1-2 days off a week.
