Athlete: Scott Hatch
How I Eat
I eat 10 to 12 cheat meals per week...when I'm trying to eat healthy. I'm conscious of what foods are not so good for me, but I'm also conscious of how good they taste, so I eat them anyway. Not going to lie, I have had cookies, ice cream, and popcorn for breakfast before; not all at the same time mind you - I'm not a total slob.
How I Train
I only work out at a CrossFit Affiliate...read: I avoid working out, outside of going to CrossFit.
My Athletic Background
I tried team sports - too many other NEEDY people depending on you to HELP the team... I mostly stuck with individual sports and recreational sports.
My Experience With CrossFit
A spec ops dude told me I should try CrossFit - I had previously assumed it was a church work out program - I tried it and I liked it. I'm a competit-lazy person - that is, I am competitive but lazy...you're telling me I only have to show up for one hour, you'll tell me exactly what to do, and I can feel like I did something? Deal!
My Work/Rest Schedule
I follow a strict - 5/163 hr schedule; that's 5 hours of working out per week / 163 hours of rest. Though sometimes, so I don't overdo it, I'll take an hour or two from my work out and commit that extra hour or two to rest.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
