I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
My mate whose a coach bugged me for a whole year to join up, now I wish I joined the moment he mentioned it to me. It's my total outlet, How I wind down from work and everything else.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
If I'm not injured I will get to workout every day after work. And any Saturday I have free.
