Started with Mark Divine and Rory McCernan at US crossfit in Encinitas. They introduced me to crossfit training and were inspirational in changing my personal training techniques. Andy Stumpf taught crossfit certification class I attended. More recently Bill Grundler at Crossfit Inferno has helped introduce me to Oly lifting techniques.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week

Have done body weight crossfit exercises for past 4 years. Just recently ( past 2 months) have started learning olympic lifting. Double unders and other gymnastic moves
