How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I eat 80% paleo 100% of the time:)

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming

I throw extra activities into my programming, but mostly my workouts are determined by my coach at my affiliate.

I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I have a goal to be in the best shape of my life by the age of 40....CrossFit has made that goal come way earlier and put a new definition to being in shape. I never thought I would be able to do what I can do today and I still have soooo much further I want to go......super stoked that I will be eligible to compete at masters next year. My goal is to make it to the games next year.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I strictly schedule my rest days
I work two jobs so I squeeze it in where I have to. My goal is 5 WODS a week. One of my goals is to learn to push harder, more consistently, and I know that rest is a key factor in fulfilling that goal.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
October 2nd, 2010....I went to the 'Free Saturday' class because I considered CrossFit too expensive when I heard about the pricing....HOOKED immediately, signed up that day without thought of what it cost anymore. Haven't regretted it for a second since.
